医療・福祉・予防医療を通じて 「患者さま」 「地域の方々」 「職員」 三者すべてが幸せとなるモデルを築き
全国に情報発信を行い、日本全体の地域医療の向上を目指す。

Aim at establishing the model that patients, local communities,
and employees become happy through healthcare, welfare, and preventive healthcare,
diffusing the model nationwide, and improving community healthcare all over Japan.

To Patient 患者さまに対して

患者さまに提供する医療・介護サービスは、 「確かな技術」に裏打ちされたものであり、 「患者さま中心」に提供されるものである。 その患者さまが療養の必要があるのであれば、 その療養生活は、 尊厳ある豊かなものでなければならない。

Healcare and nursing services provided to patients must be backed by solid techniques and patient-focused. If a patient needs to get a medical treatmenet, the patient’s medical treatment life must be dignified and abundant.

To Local Community 地域の方々に対して

桜十字の手がける事業は、 地域医療連携の中で重要な役割を担い、 地域医療全体の底上げに寄与するものである。 また、 その事業のあり方として、 桜十字が 「あるから安心」 「あって良かった」 と言われるような、 その地域の価値そのものをあげるようなものであることを目指す。

The businesses that Sakurajyuji undertakes play crucial roles in the cooperation of local healthcare and contribute to improvement of local healthcare.Also, we aim to be told by local people that they feel safe and happy because there is Sakurajyuji and increase the value of community with our businesses.

To Employees 職員に対して

桜十字の事業は、 「医療人として成長したい」 「人として成長したい」 「社会に貢献したい」 という思いを実現できる場を提供する。 また、 そこで働く者にとって、 その仕事の社会的意義や、 職場環境など自ら誇りに思える職場でなければならない。

Sakurajyuji’s businesses provide the stage where employees are able to develop as medical professionals, grow as humans, and contribute to society.Moreover, Sakurajyuji’s workplaces must be the places where the employees are able to feel proud in terms of social significance of their duties, working environments, and so forth.
